Learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties are residing separately for more than five years and there is no possibility of reconciliation.

In view of the above, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. There shall be a decree of divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
