Two prayers are made by moving this application. One is for filing private paper book and the another is for fixing early date of hearing of the appeal.

So far as permission to file private paper book is concerned, there is no reason to deny the prayer for filing of the paper book.

So far as early hearing of the appeal is concerned, the appeal is of the year 2017. Several such appeals are pending right Gaikwad RD 1/2

(4)APPANo.3022018 from the year 1997-98 or even prior to that. As such, no reason for grant of out of turn hearing to this appeal of the year 2017 is seen. The prayer for early hearing of the appeal is, therefore, rejected.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
