This is an application for bail through jail. The applicant is in custody since February 15, 2016 for a period of 7 years. This is a case of long incarceration. However, the trial has commenced and two witnesses have already been examined.

Now that the trial has commenced, considering that the applicant is in custody for almost 7 years, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six
