Mr. Dabke, the learned AGP has filed withdrawal pursis seeking permission to withdraw the appeals. Mr. Salunke, Dy. Collector, Special Land Acquisition No.1, Pune, who is present before the Lok-Adalat, admits the contents of the withdrawal pursis and his signature thereon. The withdrawal pursis also bears the signature of Mr. Dabke, the learned AGP. The withdrawal pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
