CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & PRAKASH. D. NAIK, JJ.

DATED :- FEBRUARY 26, 2018 P.C. :- 1.

In each of these matters, the applications seeking sanction of the Collector with the previous approval of the State Government to sell all the lands to non-tribal are pending at various stages with the competent authority. We had placed these matters in order to enable Mr. Samant-AGP to take

instructions and make an appropriate statement with regard to disposal of these applications.

2.

Mr. Samant, on instructions, states that there are compliances which are to be made by the applicants and if these compliances are made, the Collector will ensure that these applications are disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 3.

We dispose of each of these petitions with a direction that in the event the compliances are made by the petitioners, then, within a period of three months from the date such compliances are reported, each of these applications shall be disposed of in accordance with law. However, our direction to dispose of the applications does not mean that the applications have to be granted.

4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petitions are disposed of.
