This is an application filed on 10/08/2020 through jail. Thereafter the applicant had filed an application for bail in this Court being Bail Application No. 2113 of 2022 which came to be disposed of by an order dated 12/01/2023. The said order reads thus:

"1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

2. My attention is invited to the order dated 04/04/2022. Pursuant thereto, the application was filed before the Sessions Court which was withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that under some misapprehension, the application was withdrawn. He seeks liberty to file a fresh application before the 1/2

3. It would be open for the applicant to file an appropriate application before the Sessions Court. The Sessions Court to consider the matter on its own merits. 4.My attention is invited to the order dated 21/12/2022 passed in Bail Application No. 3282 of 2022. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks release of the applicant on the ground of parity. It is for the Sessions Court to consider this aspect on merits.

5. Liberty to approach the Sessions Court.

6. The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn. The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn." 2.

In this view of the matter, the application is disposed of. Liberty had been granted to the applicant to move the Sessions Court. It is made clear that I have not observed anything on merits of the contentions raised in this application. The application is disposed of. 3.

The bail application is disposed of.
