Leave to amend is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. The amendment shall be also carried out in the copy of the petition served upon the respondents forthwith.

The petitioners have already filed a revision application bearing RTS No.3818/5581/Pra.Kra 63/J-5A before the learned Minister against the impugned order dated 18th November, 2017 passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner (Rehabilitation) and the same is pending.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned 1/2
7-wpst5958-18 Revenue Minister, State of Maharashtra on 7th June, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Learned Minister shall hear both the parties and shall pass an order in accordance with law expeditiously and not later than two months from the date of the first hearing. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 28th February, 2018 to continue till the disposal of the said revision application and for a period of two weeks in the event of the said order if adverse to the petitioners from the date of communication.

All the contentions of both the parties on merit are kept open. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. Learned Minister shall not be influenced by the fact that ad-interim order is passed by this Court. 5.
The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

All the parties, including the learned Minister to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
