1] The learned APP has placed on record report from PI, Pant Nagar Police Station which reflect that on 09.07.2019 a closure report has been filed against six accused persons, who were arraigned as accused in the FIR on the basis of complaint filed by the Petitioner. 2] In case, if the closure is filed, it is always open for the complainant to file Protest Petition and it is informed that Protest Petition has been accordingly lodged. It is submitted that the said Protest Petition is pending before the Special Court vide Exhibit 10. It is imperative that the concerned Court decide the Protest Petition (Exhibit 10) and pass appropriate orders thereupon. 1/2

(20)WP-774-2023.doc 3] It is expected that since the closure report is filed in the year 2019, Exhibit 10 shall be decided expeditiously and in any case not later than 3 months from today.

It is made clear that, it shall not be construed that I have stayed the proceedings in the trial of the accused Parag Shah, who is already charge-sheeted.
