Mr. Kandekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing the matter at length seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the final order if his clients are aggrieved before the Principal Judge of Bombay City Civil Court. 2.

If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said order before the Principal Judge of Bombay City Civil Court.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
