There is an innocuous prayer in the petition in as much as direction is sought to the Metropolitan Magistrate 29th Court, Dadar to expedite the proceedings in C.C. No. 3263/PW/2005. 2.
Learned APP appearing for Respondent-State on instructions of the officer who is present in the Court makes a statement that, out of four prosecution witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined and only one witness i.e. Investigating Officer is yet to be examined. He submits that, if this Court directs the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of aforesaid proceedings and dispose of the same within three months, the prosecution Bhagyawant

In the light of submission of learned APP and keeping in view the prayer clause (b) in the petition, Metropolitan Magistrate 29th Court, Dadar is directed to expedite the hearing of proceedings in C.C. No. 3263/PW/2005, and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
