This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for leave to file an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 9th September 2014. The applicant is the complainant in the complaint filed for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The delay is about 71 days. Considering the reasons assigned in the application, the delay is required to be condoned. Accordingly, Criminal Application No.129 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and delay is condoned.
