1] The Applicant was directed not to be arrested by order dated 19.03.2020 by recording that the Applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the Investigating Officer. 2] After the order was passed in absence of the Investigating Officer, the matter was never listed and no attempt was made for its circulation either by the Applicant or by the Investigating Officer. 3] In the wake of above, it is apparent that in the CR registered in the year 2019, when the Investigating Officer is not specifically asking for custodial interrogation, order dated 19.03.2020 deserve to be continued in the following manner :
(a) Application is allowed.

(11)ABA-660-2020.doc (b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.279/2019 registered with Sahar Police Station, the applicant Shalu Dinesh Singh shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
