Heard respective counsel.

The Petitioners are present. Similarly, Respondent No.2 - Complainant is also present. Parties jointly request for quashing of FIR. The FIR is under Sections 448, 451, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Statement in support thereof dated 9th April, 2015, shows dispute amongst family members.

Affidavit filed by the Complainant accepting settlement also shows same thing.

Learned A.P.P. upon instructions from Investigating Officer submits that against Petitioner No.2, there are few more offences. We find that those offences involve Sections 323, 504, 324 etc. of the Indian Penal Code.

As dispute essentially pertains to family property and amongst family members, we are inclined to grant the request as made for. 6.

Accordingly, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
