Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs in terms of the order dated 7 th April, 2022 passed by this Court. The learned Advocates make a joint submission that the parties are exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of SSP 1/2

4 revn 200 of 2020.doc the disputes and intend to file the consent terms. 2.

The Respondent No.1/original complainant has taken out Interim Application (St.) Nos.6779 of 2022 and 6780 of 2022 for withdrawal of the amounts deposited by the Applicant/accused pursuant to the order passed by this Court. The learned Advocate for the Applicant has no objection to the withdrawal of the amounts by the Applicant/original complainant. Hence, the Interim Applications stand allowed. The Respondent No.1/original complainant be permitted to withdraw the amounts deposited with the trial Court by the Applicant/accused pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, upon the Respondent No.1 furnishing an undertaking that in the event the Revision Applications are allowed and it is held that the Respondent No.1 is not entitled to the said amounts, he will bring back the said amounts in Court. Interim Application (St.) Nos.6779 of 2022 and 6780 of 2022 accordingly stand disposed.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 on instructions states that in view of the developments in the intervening period, he is not pressing Interim Application Nos.892 of 2022 and 894 of 2022. In view thereof, the Interim Applications stand disposed as not pressed.

Revision Applications be now listed on 27 th June, 2022.

Interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date. ( N.J.JAMADAR, J. ) SSP 2/2
