Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submit that the dispute between the applicant and the first informant in CR No.889 of 2022 registered with Chembur Police Station has been settled. Consent Terms have been filed in the Commercial Suit No.194 of 2021 instituted by the first informant and the said suit has been disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. The learned Counsel for the first informant concurs with the aforesaid submission. 3.
In view of the above, interim order dated 11th April, 2023 passed in ABA/1048/2023 is made absolute in the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

In ABA/655/2023 and ABA/603/2023, in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with CR No.889 of 2022 (now transferred to EOW bearing CR No.158 of 2022,) the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.30,000/-, each, with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall cooperate with the investigation and attend EOW as and when directed.

The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and give threat or inducement to the first informant and any person acquainted with the facts of the case. 8.
Applications stand disposed.
9.
In view of disposal of ABA/1048/2023, ABA/603/2023 and ABA/655/2023, interim application(s) do not survive and stand(s) disposed.
