We find that against the impugned order the Petitioners have already filed the Revision before the Revisional Authority. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Revisional Authority is not hearing the stay applications and in the circumstances, the Petitioners have to approach this Court. 4.

The learned AGP submits that the Revisional Authority shall decide the Petitioners' applications for stay filed in the Revisions as also the Revisions as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Recording the statement made by the learned AGP, we dispose of the Writ Petitions by directing the Petitioners to appear before the Revisional Authority on 10th April, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. 6.

The Revisional Authority on that date shall hear the 2/3

Petitioners and pass appropriate order on the Petitioners' Applications for stay or decide the Revisions finally. Let this be done as expeditiously as possible but not later than three weeks from the date of appearance of the Petitioners before the Revisional Authority.

With the aforesaid direction, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
