Learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that this petition may be disposed of by directing the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Alibag, Raigad to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is disposed of directing the said Authority to consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner to furnish copy of the said representation to the said authority along with copy of this order. Petition stands disposed of. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Application No. 2839 of 2014. Civil Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
