Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by petitioner for carrying out amendment in Writ Petition No.10338 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, applicant retired from the service. Hence, he seeks permission to carry out appropriate amendment in Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2

21 caw582-17 the Civil Application. Hence, following order: a) Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment in Writ Petition No.10338 of 2013 as per Exhibit-A to the Civil Application within two weeks from today.

b) Applicant to serve amended copy of Writ Petition on respondent thereafter immediately. c) If amendment is not carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
