2] This application preferred by Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 for restoration of First Appeal (ST.) No. 27921 of 2014 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections as per conditional order dated 28-01-2015 passed by Registrar (Jud-II).

3] Learned counsel for the Applicants submit that all office objections are already removed. Statement is accepted.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

(a) "This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to recall the order dated 28-01-2015 passed by the learned Registrar Judicial II (FA) in First Appeal No. 27291 of 2014 and Civil Application (St) No. 27923 of 2014 for condonation of delay and Civil Application (St) No. 27926 of 2014 and set aside the same and restore the present First Appeal and Civil Applications and all orders passed therein to its file."
