In pursuance of our Order dated 21st February 2024 passed yesterday, learned Tahasildar had heard the parties and passed an Order dated 22nd February 2024, a copy of which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. By such Order, the Tahasildar has permitted Gat No.180 to be used for the purpose of fair and festival which are to take place on 23 rd February 2024 and 24th February 2024. The Order makes it clear that in respect of Gat No.153A, no person is permitted to undertake any fair or festival.

If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such Order, he has a remedy to challenge this Order. We keep open all the contentions of the Petitioner in this regard. 3.

In view of such Order passed by the Tahasildar, further adjudication of this Petition is not called for.
