Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP and having perused the petition, along with annexures thereto, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide proposals submitted by petitioner Nos.2 and 3 dated 3rd December, 2015 and 2nd February, 2016, respectively, regarding approval to the transfer of petitioner No.1 from Unaided Primary School to Aided Primary School, copies of which are annexed at Exhibits "F" and "G", Page Nos. 21 and 22, to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposals submitted by petitioner Nos.2 and 3 independently on its own merit and all contentions in this regard are expressly kept open. 3.
