Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of application mentioned in the present Petition, Petitioner was released on Covid - 19 pandemic emergency parole leave on 21.06.2021 and he reported to Jail Authority on 27.06.2022 with 10 days delay. 2.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
