The grievance of the Petitioners is that they are entitled to receive reimbursement of their expenses as per rule 12(2) of Maharashtra Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Manner of admission of Minimum 25% children in Class I or Pre-school at the entry level for the children belonging to disadvantaged group and weaker section) Rules 2013 (for short, said Rules) and that the expenses are required to be reimbursed to the Petitioners in two installments as per rule 12 of said Rules. The Petitioners have not received even a single installment of Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the representation made by the Petitioners to Respondent No.2 has also not been decided so far. Representation that was made by the Petitioners dated 15/11/2021 was made by Trustees Association on behalf of the Petitioners. However, it would be better that the Petitioners make their separate representations or this petition itself is treated as representation and by doing so, the purpose of this petition would also stand served. Accordingly, we direct that this petition be considered as representation made by each of the Petitioners to the Respondent No.2 and shall be decided in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this petition. The Petitioners are directed to supply a copy of the Petition along with annexures to Respondent No.2 for his appropriate decision in the matter. The decision shall be communicated to each of the Petitioners. 4.
