As per orders of this Court dated 21.02.2019, the report of Expert Committee at B. J. Govt. Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune is received. Perusal of the report of Committee shows that pregnancy is of 26 weeks and baby is normal. Termination of pregnancy will result in a live birth of baby may survive with Intensive Neonatal care. Committee has also considered the fact that the mother is 16 years old unmarried School girl and opined that pregnancy can be terminated only with permission of this Court. She is victim of rape.

Counsel for Petitioner states that mother of baby or the Petitioner who is natural guardian of that minor mother shall not claim the baby, if born alive and authorities will be permitted to deal with the same in accordance with provisions of law. 3.
In this situation, taking over all view of the matter, we grant permission to terminate the pregnancy as sought. 4.
The minor mother shall report at B. J. Govt. Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune on 28.02.2019 by 12 O'Clock in the afternoon where necessary procedures shall be carried out at the earliest.
