The learned counsel for the Applicant states that after rejection of the Application by the Sessions Court, the Sessions Court has granted bail to the co-accused Faizal Inamdar, who is similarly situated. The learned counsel therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application as the Applicant proposes to approach the learned Sessions Judge, for bail afresh. 2.
