The grievance of the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition pertains to denial of furlough leave. Report dated 01.02.2019 states that the Petitioner has overstayed a total number of 1922 days after he was granted furlough leave earlier between 2016 and 2018. 2.

In that view of the matter, grievance of the Petitioner made in the Petition cannot be acceded. However, the Petitioner shall be entitled to furlough leave in accordance with law. If he is so entitled, he may so apply to the Competent Authority.
