This is an application seeking condonation of dealy in filing the Criminal Appeal challenging the Judgment and Order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No. 243 of 2013 thereby convicting the Applicant / Appellant for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 323 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The delay is of 3 years and 197 days.

2. For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 4,5 and 6 of the Application, the delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the Application is allowed by condoning delay. The Application stands disposed of.
