The grievance of the Petitioner in his Application dated dated 21.01.2019 is to seek CBI inquiry in his case or in the alternate he would conduct fast unto death (vkej.k miks"k.k). Such a threat cannot be countenanced by any standards.

In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed in limine on this count alone.

In view of the ratio in the case of Union of India and Anr. Vs. W.N. Chadha 1 the Petitioner being an accused in the said case his request cannot be considered.

Interim Application also does not survive and same is accordingly also disposed of.
