The learned Counsel submits that as far as land from Survey No. 46/1A at Pendhar, 1 Hector land is allotted. Said allotment was not cancelled at any point of time. The Petitioner may bring it to the notice of the authority concerned.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
