By this Application, the applicant/accused prayed that the condition of attendance as directed in the order dated 11th July, 2013 passed in Criminal Application No. 514 of 2013 be cancelled or modified. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant/accused is not present, however, the learned counsel for the Union Territory is present to assist the Court.

Perused the impugned order. Condition No. 19 is modified and to be read as follows:
"The applicants shall report to the learned Magistrate on either first 1 / 2
11.APPP212_2015.doc or third Monday of every Calendar month, till the disposal of the case against them."

In view of this, Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
