1] This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.2 in CR No.I-09 of 2013 registered with Vashi Police Station, by the District Judge-9 And Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in A.B.A. No. 641 of 2013 by its Order dated 20th December 2013. 2] The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of the present application the police have submitted chargesheet and the respondent No.2 has been released on regular bail thereafter.

Sameer Pakvasa & Anr in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in A.B.A. No.1785 of 2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits after filing of chargesheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
