This Application is moved by the applicant for withdrawal of the amount. The appellant/insurance company has deposited an amount of Rs.15,04,345/- pursuant to the judgment and award dated 2nd September, 2009 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Tribunal, Kalyan and the Appeal filed against which was dismissed and by an order dated 11th February, 2010, this Court allowed the applicants to withdraw the amount. 2.
As per the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, an amount of Rs.1,50,435/- were invested in the FDR in the name of present applicant for 5 years and as the applicant is sick, she wants to withdraw the said amount. The learned counsel submitted that applicant has already 1 / 2
910.CAF1999_2014.doc withdrawn Rs.50,000/-, hence she be allowed to withdraw the remaining amount of Rs.1,00,435/- 3.
Registry is directed to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount along with interest accrued thereon on verification of identification of this applicant.
