Against the concurrent finding of fact, the plaintiff has preferred this Second Appeal. The appellant-original plaintiff had filed a suit to recover the technical consultancy charges from the defendant in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- for the period over 1st November, 1995 to 31st October, 1998. He had also claimed Rs.12,000/- towards compensation for mental agony. Both the Courts found that, for the period 1995 to 1st August, 1998 the plaintiff had not adduced any

Rane 2/2 documentary evidence to substantiate that, he was engaged for rendering the technical advice to the defendants. The trial Court after appreciating the evidence granted decree in the sum of Rs.24,000/- with interest at the rate of 15% p.a. being consultancy charges payable to the plaintiff by the defendant for the period August, 1998 to 31st October, 1998. This claim was awarded on the basis of the documents at Exhibits-21 and 22. That upon hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant, no substantial question of law arises in this Appeal. The Appeal is accordingly dismissed. (SANDEEP K. SHINDE, J)
