Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's Application dated 10th April, 2020 for furlough leave, Petitioner was released on Covid-10 emergency parole leave from 14th July, 2021 till 9th June, 2022 and reported back to Jail Authority within stipulated period. That, Petitioner was thereafter released on furlough leave from 1st December, 2022 till 23rd December, 2022 and he reported back to Jail Authority within stipulated period.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
