Perusal of the record shows that the applicant / accused Navnath Dhene, Vishal Gaikwad and Dinesh 1/2

901) BA399-16+ Dahibhate had filed applications for regular bail under section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code. However, in the cause title of the order there is a typographical error as the applications are stated to be for 'Anticipatory' bail. Hence remove the word 'Anticipatory' in the cause title of the order dated 15th July, 2016 in respect of application Nos.399/2016, 691/2016 and 709/2016.
