The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above First Appeal which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 8-2-2000. The Applicants also seek condonation of delay in filing the above Civil Application. The above First Appeal stood admitted when it was dismissed for non prosecution. The Learned AGP opposes the above Civil Application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Considering the facts that the above First Appeal was admitted and stood dismissed for non removal of office objections, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application.
