These three applications filed are for bringing the names of legal representatives of original defendant No. 2 and the legal representatives of legal representatives. Shri S. C. Naidu and Smt. Vegal, both the learned counsel submit that, in fact these three applications rendered infructuous , in view of the observations made by this Court (Coram: Smt. Mrudula Bhatkar, J.) on 31st January, 2018 in paragraph No. 3. This Court has observed in paragraph No. 3 of the 1/2

5-FA-1347-13 said order that the presence of the respondent is to be dispensed with in accordance with the provisions of Order 22 Rule 4 of the Civil Procedure Code. In that view of the matter, these three Civil Applications are disposed of as infructuous.
