2] The learned counsel for the respondents states that the challenge in this petition was to the determination of compensation which the petitioner were required to pay as a condition precedent for interim relief before the Appeal Court. He points out that the appeal has already been dismissed and thereafter, even the petition and the SLP against the dismissal of the appeal, have also been dismissed.

3] The learned counsel for the respondents also states that the decrees for eviction have already been executed and further, the landlords have also demolished the suit premises. He, therefore, 1/2

Dinesh Sherla 4-cwp-2240-2010 submits that nothing survives in this petition which has been rendered infructuous.
