1] By order dated 18.03.2020, the Applicant was protected from arrest in CR No.I-72/2020.

2] Since more than two years have lapsed the Application was not even circulated and order of protection remained in force. 3] Considering the nature of accusations faced by the Applicant which invoke offence under Section 353, 332, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and the specific statement of the learned APP that order granting protection be confirmed, following order is passed :

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.I1/2

(12)ABA-664-2020.doc 72/2020 registered with Vitthalwadi Police Station, the applicant Amarlal Sundarlal Bajaj, shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
