We have perused the orders passed by this court dated 3/3/2016 in Writ Petition No. 3677 of 2015, dated 7/1/2015 in Writ Petition No. 5250 of 2014, dated 22/1/2015 in Review Petition No. 8 of 2015 in Writ Petition No. 5250 of 2014 and order dated 20/3/2015 passed by the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (c) Nos. 6901-6902 of 2015. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 3/3/2016 i.e. the day on which Writ Petition No. 3677 of 2015 was

cp-438-15 decided, the Contempt Petition was also placed before this court. Learned counsel for the Management submits that on the High Court's website, the Contempt Petition was shown as disposed of. The Registry intimates that no order was passed on the Contempt Petition and the order dated 3/3/2016 was passed only in Writ Petition No. 3677 of 2015. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that there are subsequent developments in the matter. After remanding the matter back to the Scrutiny Committee by order dated 3/3/2016 in Writ Petition No. 3677 of 2015, the Committee passed a fresh order on 29/12/2016 on the application filed by the petitioner herein. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the said order dated 29/12/2016, the Committee validated the caste claim of the petitioner. The Management has filed Writ Petition Stamp No. 7373 of 2017 challenging the order dated 29/12/2016 passed by the Committee.

In view of these subsequent developments, we dispose of the Contempt Petition with liberty.
