By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 07/10/2016 passed by the Member, MACT, Thane in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.0100320/2013.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire compensation as per the impugned judgment and award has been deposited before MACT, Thane. In view of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the Appeal.
