By this Application, the Applicant is seeking early hearing of Writ Petition No. 10051/2012.

The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that, by this Petition, the Petitioner is challenging paragraph 2 of the impugned order dated 19/03/2009 passed by Respondent No.2 under which the two yearly increments of the Petitioner were permanently stopped which will affect the future/prospective increments.

The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner is retired on 31/10/2016. He submits that because of Laxmi 1/2
40 CAW 1687-2014.odt the impugned order dated 19/03/2009, his pension is affected, hence, there is urgency.

Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this application. Hence, the following order: a.
Hearing of Writ Petition No. 10051/2012 is expedited. b.
Registry is directed to place Writ Petition No. 10051/2012 for final hearing on weekly board as per its turn in the list of the expedited matters.
c.
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. d.
No order as to costs.
