After we have heard Mr. Sawant for some time on this application and carefully perused it, we do not think that it can be entertained.

On an order passed by this Court on 5th January, 2018, dismissing the Writ Petition, inter alia, on account of a very objectionable conduct of the President of the original petitionerSRP 1/2

(902) CAWL6021.18.doc applicant before us and that order having been unsuccessfully challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we do not think that by an oblique or indirect method, we should allow restoration of that Writ Petition which stands dismissed. This Civil Application is, therefore, not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
