Learned counsel for the Applicant/Intervenor states that there is an inadvertent error in preferring this Interim Application in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 24 of 2024. She submitted that the subject matter of ABA No. 24 of 2024 is entirely different and therefore prays for withdrawal of the present Interim Application.
