DATE : 21st SEPTEMBER, 2021 P.C:- Mr.Sale, learned counsel for the Bar Council of India on instruction states that the Bar Council of India would take inspection of the petitioner no.2 college as early as possible. Statement is accepted. 2.

Considering the fact that the admission process for the academic year 2021-22 would commence in the second week of October 2021, we direct the Bar Council of India to complete the entire process upto the stage of granting affiliation if all the terms and conditions are fulfilled by the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that in case of difficulty, both the parties are at liberty to apply for further directions.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
