This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.375 of 2019, registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai, for the ofence punishable under Section 379 of IPC.

The complainant in her FIR dated 12th August, 2019, had alleged that she had parked her Scooty in the parking lot of her residential building and some unknown person has committed theft of the said Scooty.

rpa 2/2 22 aba 600 2021.doc dealer which was sold to the applicant. However, Scooty still stands in the name of dealer. The matter is resolved. Afidavit is filed by the complainant. In view of this submission, applicant need not be subjected to custodial interrogation. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.600 of 2021, is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.No.375 of 2019, registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall report the investigating oficer, as and when called for;

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application No.600 of 2021, stands disposed of accordingly.
