Pursuant to the order dated 22/01/2021 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.142 of 2021 the Applicant /accused had deposited before the Investigating Officer an amount of Rs.1,65,000/-. By this application, the Applicant/First Informant has sought withdrawal of the said amount deposited by the Applicant/accused.

Learned counsel for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.142 of 2021, under instructions states that the Applicant/accused has no objection if the money deposited with the Investigating Officer is paid to the Applicant /First Informant. 3.

In the light of the said statement amount of Rs.1,65,000/- deposited by the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.142 of 2021 before the Investigating Officer is directed to be paid to the Applicant /First Informant. 4.
