Heard learned Counsel for the parties. It is agreed between Counsel for both parties that the petition may be disposed of without assigning any reasons for the order. Accordingly, the following order is passed :

(i) The Petitioner shall pay 50% permanency benefits of the post of Conductor to the Respondent on the basis of permanency with effect from 4 June 1989.

(ii) The petition is disposed of accordingly.
