Mr. Rajani states that in an identical matter, i.e., Writ Petition No. 2440 of 2022, this court had passed an order dated 21.06.2022. The facts therein would squarely apply to this case though the dates vary. In these circumstances, the relief as prayed for cannot be granted.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are directed to consider the complaint filed by petitioner, copy whereof is annexed to the petition and shall take further action forthwith.

Mr. Rajani states that he will advice the concerned branch manager to approach respondent Nos. 3 and 4 who shall, on receiving fresh copy of the complaint, immediately take action.
