The Petitioner has filed the above Petition questioning the order dated 04/02/2014 passed by the Collector, Solapur rejecting the application filed by the Petitioner against his alleged forcible eviction from Shop No.80 in the commercial complex of the Respondent No.4 i.e. the Grampanchayat of village Bhose, Tal. Pandharpur.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner states that in so far as the above Petition is concerned, the Petitioner would be satisfied if the articles which are mentioned in the Panchanama dated 13/05/2013 are returned to the Petitioner and that the Petitioner would seek redress before appropriate forum in respect of his dispossession from the said Shop No.80. It seems that the said panchanama was prepared at the time of lgc
(20) wp-1270.16 taking possession of the said Shop No.80 by the officials of the said Grampanchayat.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 Shri Amit Borkar states that the Grampanchayat has no objection to return the said articles or whatever remains of them at this point of time. Statement accepted. The same to be done within two weeks from date. In so far as aspect of the Petitioner's dispossession is concerned, the Petitioner would be entitled to seek redress before the appropriate forum.
